All of our publishers are asked to sign a standard reseller agreement with TecKnoQuest. The essence of the agreement is as follows:

• As a Reseller Member of eBookDestination.com, Reseller will be issued a Reseller Code. Reseller will receive twenty percent of full retail from any items purchased from eBookDestination.com by customers using Reseller's Reseller Code. Payments to Reseller from Provider (TecKnoQuest Inc.) will be made quarterly with payments due within 30 days of the close of the quarter.
• In addition to a Reseller Code, Reseller will be provided with set-up instructions, marketing ideas, and appropriate graphics to place at Reseller's website as links to eBookDestination.com. Reseller agrees to not alter (in any way) the graphics provided to them by Provider. Reseller will require prior approval from Provider if Reseller chooses to use a different graphic (than that supplied by Provider) as a link to eBookDestination.com.
• Reseller is prohibited from marketing eBookDestination.com or their membership in eBookDestination.com in conjunction with any offensive or inappropriate materials or websites. Provider will have sole decision making authority on the definition of "offensive or inappropriate" for the purposes of the interpretation and application of this clause. If Reseller is found to be in violation of this clause, Reseller's membership in eBookDestination.com will be cancelled immediately. In the event of cancellation under the conditions of this clause, no refund will be given to Reseller for membership fees paid.
• Provider will be responsible for providing support to all customers who make purchases through eBookDestination.com.
• Provider will be responsible for all maintenance of eBookDestination.com.
• Distributor will be responsible for all marketing costs associated with promoting their membership in eBookDestination.com and/or their Reseller Code.

The points listed above are provided for informational purposes only. The exact contents of the Reseller Agreement will be finalized by the Reseller and TecKnoQuest prior to the execution of the agreement.
