TecKnoQuest requires specific data from publishers along with their digital (PDF, MP3, software) files that is incorporated into the TecKnoQuest database. TecKnoQuest has developed detailed guidelines for publishers to follow. Strict adherence to these guidelines will speed up the process of getting a publisher's digital files available for sale in our multiple eStores. In order to help you to prepare your digital files so that they will be ready to be added to our eStores the following information is paramount.

The data information submitted should include:

• ProductID (product number) - unique numeric identifier
• ProductType (book|digital or book_files_bundle or book_mp3_bundle or software_digital or mp3_digital)
• Title (maximum 48 characters)
• Price (two decimal places; no spaces or dollar signs)
• Blurb (maximum 700 characters) - product description
• Pages (number only)
• CoverGraphicName (exact name of accompanying hi res JPG image; must match ProductID)
• Subjects (separated by a comma - no spaces; ie: Language,Arts,Math,Science)

• Grades (separated by a comma - no spaces; please only use from the following list: PK,K,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,Staff)
• Author (LastName, FirstName; separated by a pipe if more than one; ie: LastName, FirstName|LastName2, FirstName2)
• eBook ISBN (13 digit)
• Physical Book ISBN (13 digit)

In addition each eBook should be one unlocked PDF file (between 300-600 dpi) with the fonts embedded.
